@Stereo- I have that same type of thing except in real life, in a motocross DVD. The guy jumps and tries to do a superman but loses his grip and hes trying to grab onto the bike in mid air and them BOOM, right into the ground.

It was quite the "little" skirmish. Take a close look at the scanner (the round thing at the bottom). Red dots are foes, green friendly...plenty of targets to choose from. 16 wingmen and a bunch of capital ships (which are the ones firing the big beams).
It's Freespace 2 from 1999. It still is the best space sim available imo (not that there are many (if any) made lately). Even graphics wise it still looks great, except perhaps models are a bit low poly by todays standards.
There's even a Babylon 5 mod for it, if there are any scifi enthusiast here...
