i have 100% in career mode but i never did any of the free roam challenges is it to late to go back and do them?

No, it's not too late. You can still go back to your career and free roam. That includes challenges and pursuits.

What about "Defensive races"???
Are there "defensive races" after the career mode is 100% finished???

Haven't tried that, but they might appear if you free roam long enough. Or not. Try it.

What do u get from doing those defensive races?...do u unlock some thing...or just get more money

^ you get a small amount of money ( about $500-$700 in my experiences) and get to keep your territory.

Plus you need a certain amount of defensive wins for some award cards. 1, 5 and 10 wins if I remember correctly so if you want to unlock everything you need those wins. And if no more challenges are made after career has finished you're out of luck (that would include me aswell, I got the 5 win card but not the ten).
