The Clear Wheel

Post by bashderq »

Probably one of the most innovative DUB rims to have ever been made. These babies look the price as well, $5000US per wheel.

Any takers?

Nope. They'll get full of brake dust, shatter rather than bending, cause the brakes to overheat and look shiznit anyway.

That's still cool, untill it warps or shatters or gets dirty. Is it just like bulllet proof glass or something?

They'll still have less tensile strength than Magnesium Alloy, and that's fairly weak as far as wheels go.
It's like these Carbon wheels which have been coming out recently. Nice execution, really bad idea.

Hahaha The only reason I say it would look good on a car is because you could see your break disk and stuff. Yeah you do have a good point though.
