Hi Volks
This will be my first car for a game ever. Im trying to keep the polycount very low and still having lots of detail on it (Not to exede 4000 Polygons, the F50 has about 5500) I plan to redo the spoiler and part under the turningsignal
The first Release will have a diffrent Hood (and Frontbumper) and more Performance. Any Idea what it is ?

Made a first in game shot/test w/o textures so far
And it did not sink or hover . My besste guess is cos i took the weels from the C5 Z06 and moved the whole thing to the weels and moved the weels only across the horizotal axis. I also calculatet the midle of the Front and Rear Tires to create a polygon that has all 3 points in the same place as a guide in Oedit to place the weel/brake bones right by copying the cords from the 4 polygons to the bones. And it rolls round and round
Bad thing is: the Drivermodell is only in to load in restet position. Looks like i have try around for the right bone position like the rest of you
Well, what is done and left to do?
Done:
Performacetweaking for the 1998-2002 Versione is done (anyone joned the game "NFS6 V#242 T/A Testrun" lately?)
To Do:
Rearspoiler
1998-2002 front
Rims
Intorier
Better mirrors
Foglights, T-Tops and other small details are to edit into the existing body
Bottom with more details than usual
Texturing (Has anyone a free Wacom for me?)
Lower LOD of it all
Handlingtweaking by someone who owns both (car and game)

yup, its a Pontiac Firebird Trans Am of the 4th generation. A Trans Am is a Firebird with bigger engine, harder/deeper suspension and a (or bigger) rear spoiler. And it uses the same base as the Camaro, so called F-Body by Fischer. The the Corvette C4 and C5 may look similar to the 3rd (You know Knight Rider, don't you?) and 4th generation, but its a Y-Body, also by Fischer as far i Know it.
Ok, this is going off-topic. enough of it.

1998-2002 TransAm (WS6 Ram Air)
