@baumaxx-pherhaps the ual-core proccessor is directing too much computing power to other applictions? Do you have Vista? If so, that is known to take up quite a lot of RAM and proccessor power...

I find that, when I play it on Vista, it runs just as good as XP - maybe even better.

Heh, I decided to remove it. I'm working on a new one. Anyway...

Now that I've installed the SP1 patch and DX9 onto Vista, I'm thinking about deleting XP completely. I have had no huge issues now, and all my games run great.

Nah, XP... as I said, if Crysis runs well, why does PS have problems?
I have tried setting the priority higher but that makes it worse.

Also, I mainly use it for tuning now days... how do I run it widowed?

Tuning is what I CAN'T do! It lags as hell when manipulating decals and vinyls and the more you have, the worse it is. But when you stop putting decals on and do some other changes or go race or anything, nothing. Does anyone else have this issue. Decal/vinyl system worked perfectly on carbon. I just hope I get to supercars soon, because now I only have those cars that NEED to be visually riced.

Nah, tunig runs well at the beginning but lags up eventually. But I got sick of the racing is what I meant.

Another gripe: how all paints look dull until you put a full body vinyl as the base.

I think that iridescent looks quite awful most of the time. I usually use the candy type.

It looks crap on light colors, but on darker ones, like navy & black, it looks good.

None of the colours are good. Only silvers, blacks and whites I can use in metallic... I get the best colours using base vinyl + paint effects. Just look at the blue (iridescent blue + dark blue vinyl!

And this is gloss pink + orange red.

Your nissan 240 sx is just awesome! Awesome color + awesome vinyls + awesome decals + nice body parts = I hate to say it, even better than my 240 sx, which I love so much! (And why does so many people imitate my idea of black roof+black hood on a nissan 240 sx...joke, I didn't post my car anywhere yet)

Two tone is awesome! I just like the way it breaks up an otherwise flat combo.

lol, that isn't good...

anyway, I haven't dealt with HDD crashes before. I've got all of my stuff backed up anyway.

Here's a thought-If NFS went back to arcade, how many people would like it? Please tell!

Why not rather open another topic with a poll?
Btw, why are you a spammer?

That wouldn't be spamming. With this logic, everyone who opened a topic for anything else than asking a question is a spammer?
And opening a new topic with a poll would be better than a conversation about if nfs went back to arcade in a topic called Your Thoughts about NFS: Pro Street.

I like prostreet much.

I did not own any other NFS games, played here and there but nothing much.
I was a true fan of Gran Turismo and Prostreet reminds me of that game.
I don't care for police chasing really, im here to race not to run from cops. But its only my personal opinion.

I play the game, design a few cars, play the game, design, play, design
that way its always interesting.

BTW keep a lookout for my new BMW coming real soon!
