save game?

where in the underground2 folder is the folder where the savegame file is located?

c:\Documents and Settings\Rendszergazda\Local Settings\Application Data\NFS Underground 2\

or you can go onto search in then find files or folders, type in Application Data and make sure that show hidden files box is ticked, run the search and files called Application Data will come up find the one with a need for speed underground 2 folder in and in there is your save folder
