spinners?

Hey guyz i am almost beat the game but still aint able to get spinners wth ???im so lost all im missing is my spinners suicide doors and hood and few neons but thats all how u get that stuff by outruns or races ???":

u get uniques by out runs.
try finding the specialties shop in cole harbor east, and for the other stuff the specialties shop in cole harbor west.

As been said spinners are won by outruns some spinners are nice but dont suit all cars just my view thou

Hmm, I didn't know there are unique spinners. I unlocked them as I proceeded through the stages. Never won a set of spinners by winning Outruns...

you get hoods, rims, spoilers, and wbk.

thats really weird. the spinners get unlocked pretty early in the game. bah... sorry, i'm not really that useful right now
