You can reach top speed only on drags, and maybe on highways if you're lucky, alsewhere you need acceleration and handling.

Just can't go faster than this . Have you tried to to do something with the aerodynacmics and suspension? All I was tuning was ECU, N20, Turbo and dirvetrain.
