Here is my edit, new breaklights and badging Trueno Apex for AE86

Instructions:

To install the textures use the program BinTex 0.5 (Recommended) and open the file "TEXTURES" in "C: \ Program Files \ EA GAMES \ Need for Speed Underground 2 \ CARS \ COROLLA "(default folder)

--------------------------------------------

-1 - Replace "COROLLA_BADGING.dds" by - "COROLLA_BADGING" ID: 56

-2 - Replace "COROLLA_KIT00_BRAKELIGH_TRUENO.dds" by - "COROLLA_KIT00_BRAKELIGH_TRUENO" ID: 39 and "COROLLA_CENTRE_BRAKELIGHT_TRUENO" ID: 49

-3 - Saves changes.

If you want you can directly replace the file "TEXTURES" who have the already mentioned new textures.
