Next Need for Speed MMO?

EA Singapore issued a [url=http://ea.com.sg/news/nfs_maggieq/]press release[/url] regarding Maggie Q appearing in a Need for Speed Undercover event in Hong Kong. What is interesting about the press release is the following:

[quote]Maggie will also be appearing in an upcoming online version of Need for Speed, which is currently under development in EA's Asian Studios out of Singapore. The online game is tentatively scheduled for release in 2009 in Asia.[/quote]

Need for Speed games development is done in EA Blackbox in Vancouver, so an EA Singapore game could mean a spinoff in the series and two possible NFS games in 2009.
