[CTC 9] Ricer Challenge entry now open!

Entry for the 9th Community Tuning Challenge, Ricer challenge, is now open; the goal of the challenge being to build a fully sick decked out show car to make jaws drop (whether it's in a good or bad way, lol)! Also... I've devised 4 mini-games to make thing a bit more fun and interesting as a bit of a joke.

Just to let you know too; this theme is from one of the first Showroom Challenges that started it all and that's where I got some of the mini-games ideas from. Big thanks to staff member GT3x24x7, because without him we wouldn't have SR Challenge and this interesting theme... and also to Bojan who's made sure everything's running perfectly.
