[April Fools 2004] Need for Speed 8 gone GOLD!

[Edit][i]As some of you figured out, this was april's fools joke. Need for Speed 8 of course has not gone gold and will not hit the stores this month[/i]

It was announced today the the sequel in the Need for Speed Series, simply called Need for Speed 8 has gone gold and will arrive in stores in the US on the 15th and in Europeo n the 18th this month.

The game will once again feature the exotics: 2002 Ferrari Enzo, 2002 Bugatti 16/4 Veyron, 2000 Dodge Hennessey Viper Venom 800TT, 2000 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Concept, 1998 Lamborghini Diablo Evolution GTR and others.

What will make the game different to other games in the series is street racing with the first time in NFS series the ability to run over pedestrians!
