New World Beta Release Notes

Remember, a new beta of Need for Speed World starts today at 16:00 GMT and will run for over 10 days. The release notes with changes and bugfixes are below.
[b]IMPORTANT NOTES:[/b]
- Players are required to uninstall / remove all previous versions of NFS World including any remaining files and/or folders left behind by the uninstaller.
- Failure to remove previous versions of NFS World will result in critical issues such as being unable to launch the game and/or crashes while in game play.

[b]CLIENT CHANGES:[/b]
- The One More Lap power-up is disabled after the first racer crosses the finish line.
- There is now a loading screen during the transition from pre-race lobby to race start.
- Adjusted traffic levels to make Traffic Magnet more effective.
- Server optimizations to reduce the amount of time the player has to wait for results as well as support for increased number of concurrent players.
- Server optimization to ensure that players can see each other in free roam.
[b]BUG FIXES:[/b]
- Sometimes players won't load into a race if a pursuit is triggered before loading into the pre race lobby.
- Pursuit result updates were slow and frequently failed.
- Rarely the Game Launcher does not start for some users.
- Sometimes players stay in the Lobby after the timer reaches 0:00.
- Shield was preventing One More Lap from being applied
- Post Race results showed the previous events racers.
- Car top speed was calculated in KPH but displayed as MPH.
- User receives a wrong error message when adding another player who has a full friend's list.
