Built to replace the ageing 2004 Aston Martin Vanquish S as the marque's flagship car, the Aston Martin DBS is a high performance GT sports car from the British automaker. Powered by a 5.9-liter 48-valve V12 engine capable of producing 510 hp at 6500 rpm (the same engine used in the DBR9 racing car), the DBS can reach a top speed of 307 km/h and go from 0-100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds. This allowed a lap time of 1:23:9 at Top Gear's famous test track.
This race-bred exotic also made extensive use of ultra-light carbon fibre to keep its weight as low as possible. A new front bumper helped channel airflow while a widened front and rear track gave the car its solid stance. Hand-assembled at Aston Martin's dedicated facility in Cologne, Germany, the DBS is also the first time carbon ceramic matrix brakes were employed on an Aston Martin.
Available as a top-up car before, the Aston Martin DBS is now available in the car dealer for everyone. Get this Tier 3 rocket in your garage today!
