A bunch of new tools

There are a few new tools available for Need for Speed Underground:

- TJ Cheat Detector will let you know if there is a cheater in online mode using more than the 3 allowed TJ parts.

- Need for Speed Underground Music Importer will convert the soundtrack to WAV files (Source [url=http://www.nfs-planet.de]NFS Planet[/url])

- TexBin 0.2 will let you open the Textures.bin and Vynils.bin files and export the textures. Arushan is still working on this and soon customizing vynils will be possible.

- NFSU Lan 0.9.5 - the latest LAN util with some new bugfixes and updates.
